Before replacing accessories or additional parts, which move during
operation, switch off the appliance and disconnect from the power
supply.
Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended
and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
Before rectifying a fault, pull out the mains plug.
Do not place the power cord over sharp edges or hot surfaces.
To prevent injury, a damaged power cord must be replaced by the
manufacturer or his customer service or a similarly qualified person.
Only our customer service may repair the appliance.

Never immerse the motor block in water and never hold under running
water and do not clean in the dishwasher.
Risk of injury from sharp blades/rotating drive!
Never place fingers in the attached blender. Never operate the appli-
ance without a completely assembled blender or attached lid!
Do not remove or attach blender until the appliance has been switched
off and the drive has come to a standstill.
When the appliance has been switched off, the blade continues
running briefly.
Do not remove or attach grinder attachment until the appliance
has been switched off and the drive has come to a standstill.
Risk of injury from sharp blades!
Do not touch blender blade or cutting blade with bare hands.
Clean them with a brush.
Risk of scalding!
If processing hot liquids, steam escapes through the funnel in the lid.
Add maximum amounts of hot or frothing liquid as indicated in the res-
pective tables.

Important!

Operate appliance with completely assembled accessories only.
Do not attach or remove attachments until the appliance is at a stand-
still. Never operate the blender without the lid attached.
While working, always hold the lid firmly with one hand.
However, do not place hand over the refill opening!
Recommendation: Never switch on the appliance for longer
as you need to processing the ingredients.
