Super Sonic amplifiers are the favorite of pro guitarists in many different
musical genres who love to create glorious Fender clean tones, and expressive
modern high-gain tones...with one no-nonsense tube amp. The VINTAGE
channel is based on two legendary Fender favorites, and the awesome BURN
channel ignites musical inspiration with overdrive flavors ranging from bluesy
to flame-throwing. The Super-Sonic 60 has been tweaked for increased bass
response and fatter tone, and its heavily saturated tube overdrive and sustain
can be fine tuned without masking the tonal character of YOUR guitar.
Features:
• All-tube circuitry
• 60 Watts from two 6L6 output tubes, plenty of output for gigs of almost any size
• Five 12AX7 preamp tubes & one 12AT7 (head version)
• Six 12AX7 preamp tubes & two 12AT7s (combo)
• VINTAGE channel contains pre-gain tone controls and two different
switchable voices:
• Shimmering clean tone based on the 1965 Vibrolux® circuit
• Thick, punchy tone based on the 1966 Bassman® circuit
