FOOT COVERS AND SPECTRA SOCKS (Figure 3)
The foot is designed to be used with foot covers and spectra socks. When
installing and removing the foot covers use shoehorn to avoid damage to
the foot or the foot cover.
Please view the instructions for use for the foot covers before fitting them
and ensure that the user knows how to use them.
It is important that the middle section of the spectra sock covers the
topblade to make sure it doesn´t intervene with the movement of the
blades (Figure 5).
The thread of the sock should rest on top of foot module and not
underneath the toe split.
Use a shoehorn to avoid damaging to the foot or the foot cover.
1. Installing – Make sure that the foot module is placed completely into
the foot cover.
2. Removing the foot from the foot cover.
Note: Use spectra socks as shown in figure 1.
MAINTAINANCE & CLEANING
Note: The device should always be used with spectra socks and foot
covers to minimize dust and dirt from entering between carbon blades. It
is important to fix the spectra sock around pyramid location in order to
prevent noise issues coming from sand entering between the plates.
WEATHERPROOF
A weatherproof device allows use in a wet and/or humid environment
but does not allow submersion. Fresh water splashing against the
enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effect. Dry thoroughly
after contact with fresh water. Fresh water: Includes tap water. Excludes
salt and chlorinated water.
DEBRIS BETWEEN BLADES
Noise could occur if sand or debris are present in between the top and
middle blades, same could happen between bottom blade and middle
blade.
Use compressed air to remove debris in between the carbon parts.
USE ENVIRONMENT
• Environmental operating temperature: -15 °C (+5 °F) to 50 °C (122 °F).
• Operating humidity: 10-95% relative humidity
• Shipping and storage temperature: -20 °C (-4 °F) to 70 °C (158 °F).
LIABILITY
