- The installation, initial operation, and maintenance of the oven must only be carried out by specialized and authorized
personnel, by licensed installers, or by personnel authorized by the manufacturer.
- Read the instructions in this manual carefully, as they supply important information on the safety of
installation, use, and maintenance.
- Keep this manual for the future use of all interested personnel.
- After removing the packaging, check that the equipment is intact.
- If you have any doubt about the condition of the equipment, or if there is obvious damage or anomalies, do not use
the oven and consult the qualified personnel immediately.
- Do not leave the packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene pads, nails, etc.) in the reach of children, as they
are potential sources of danger.
- Before hooking up the oven, make sure that the information on the identification plate corresponds to that of the
gas, electrical, and water lines to be used.
- The identification plate is located in the lower part of the right side of the oven.
- The oven must only be used by specially trained personnel.
- This equipment must only be used for the purpose for which it was designed, i.e. for cooking or re-heating food.
- Any other use is inappropriate and is therefore to be considered dangerous.
- Do not obstruct the air vents or heat dissipation openings.
- Always switch off the oven after use.
