Assembly of the memory during a first installation:
If your shoe is equipped with the central
oblong and the screw is attached, unscrew
it. Fit your shim with the memory part but
without the PAD. Secure the shim and
screw in the memory part without tighten-
ing. Do not insert the PAD until your shim
adjustment is complete.
Make your shim adjustment (see the previous point) without the PAD (but do not make a
complete exit without the PAD). Once the setting is found, screw in the memory and insert
the PAD from the outside (See diagram opposite).
Assembly of the shim when simply replacing used shims:
Unscrew the shim and take it out without touching the memory part. Place your new shim
that will have exactly the same setting as the old by clipping on the memory part.
