component parts and replace any
worn ones.
CAUTION
• At every disassembly operation, always replace the O-rings.
SPECIAL MAINTENANCE – REMOVING THE PUMPING UNIT
In case of any unusual fl uctuations on the delivery pressure gauge and/or drops in pressure, the high and low-pressure
seals will have to be checked. Each seal support should be marked, so they can be fi tted back on in the same order
and original position.
With regard to component numbering, refer to the exploded drawing in Fig. 6 and 7.
600-500-400 bar pumps
After performing the operations
described in the previous chapter
(Fig. 8 and 9), take off the sealing
units (7), unscrew the four screws
(8) completely using a 5mm
Allen wrench and remove the
components.
This operation can be performed
manually without the aid of tools.
310 bar pumps
