Slide a piston into the sealing unit
to make the correct alignment (if
you do not have a spare piston,
take it off from the pump - pos.
11).
Tighten the screws (8) to the
specified torque.
Take the piston off (if you
used the one belonging to the
pump, reassemble it onto the
corresponding piston guide
(10) and tighten to the specified
torque).
Refit the sealing units onto the pump casing being careful not to damage the pistons and seals.
SEALING UNIT for 310 bar pumps
To refit the parts, perform the operations described in the previous paragraph in the reverse order, as per the sequence
shown in Figure 13.

SUCTION/DELIVERY VALVE UNITS
To refit the parts, perform the operations described in the REMOVING THE HYDRAULIC PART paragraph but in the
reverse order, as per the sequences shown in Fig. 9 and 10.
HEAD
To refit the head, perform the operations described in the REMOVING THE HYDRAULIC PART paragraph but in the
reverse order (Fig. 8).
The head screws must be tightened with a special torque wrench, as per the sequence shown in the figure:
Two phases are to be performed: pre-tighten to 40 Nm / 29.5 ft • lbs, then complete the operation by tightening to 140
Nm / 103.2 ft • lbs.
The product is covered by a 3 (three) year warranty from the date of delivery, as long as the buyer has complied with
contractual norms.
