Complete cleaning
Approx. every 500 operating hours depending on conditions of use.
1.
Completely disassemble the collet chuck CAPTIS-M.
2.
Free all individual parts of oil, grease and dirt with a non-aggressive,
commercially available detergent and a cloth.
3.
Grease all individual parts and re-assemble. On assembly, observe
Chapter 8.4 Fixing and Replacing Screws, page 91.

8.4 Fixing and Replacing Screws
If screws are replaced or undone, incorrect replacement or attachment may
lead to dangers for persons and objects. For this reason, for all fixing
screws, the tightening torque recommended by the manufacturer of the
screw must be used in accordance with the screw quality.

When using original screws, in the event of doubt, the screw quality 12.9 is
to be used. in the case of mounting screws for clamping inserts, top jaws,
rigid stops, cylinder covers and comparable elements, quality 12.9 is always
