| Replacing Ink Cartridges

Lift the lock lever for the cartridge that needs replacing, then pull out the cartridge.

Unpack the new cartridge and shake it for 5 seconds or 15 seconds for the white, metallic silver, and

orange inks.
Hold the cartridge with the label facing out and insert it into the slot. Then lower the lock lever.

Note: Approximately every three weeks (or every 24 hours for white and metallic silver) you need to remove the
ink cartridges and shake them as described in step 2 (5 seconds for all colors).
