Fitting mechanical components

Definition
Work mass = mass of work load + mass of other moving parts
Fitting in a vertical or sloping position:
Warning
Uncontrolled moving masses can cause injury to people or damage to property
(danger of fingers being squashed).
S Check whether additional external safety measures are necessary to prevent
the work load from sliding down (e.g. toothed latches or moveable bolts).
The SLTE−... has no self−locking.
Please note
S Do not modify the settings of screws and threaded pins if there is no request
to do this in these operating instructions.
For safety reasons the screws and threaded pins are fastened with a locking
device.
