Fasten the SIDE SKIRTS (L) to the FRONT SKIRT (H). Use

two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through
the METAL BRACKETS on the SIDE SKIRTS and into the
holes in the FRONT SKIRT.
