• Electronic components in the electrical waste.
• Plastic parts in a recycling center.
• Sort and dispose of the other components depending on the
material type.

8.1.1 Data Transmission
8.1.1.1 Sine and Cosine Signals
A; /A = Cosine; B; /B = Sine
Each of the signals A, /A, B, /B has an amplitude of 0.5 V
with an offset of +2.5 V against GND.
The analog signals must be measured differentially, i.e. A
minus /A gives Cosine, B minus /B gives Sine. Measured dif-
ferentially, the sine and cosine signals have an amplitude of
1 V
, with a phase position of 90°.

8.1.1.2 Recommended Line Termination and
Shielding
A 120 Ω terminating resistor must be connected to the Sine
data line and to the Cosine data line at the input of the
encoder evaluation device. Otherwise, the characteristic val-
ues of the transmission will change.
In order to ensure independence from manufacturers, we
give the following recommendations for the dimensioning of
the interface:
BA Sendix® 58xxFS2 / 58xxFS3 - R60049.0009 - 05
