3.7 Guard with cover plate (accessory)
When grinding with straight grinding discs and cutting with cutting discs in metalworking applications,
use the guard with cover plate.
4 Consumables
Only synthetic resin-bonded, fiber-reinforced discs with a maximum Ø of 7" which are approved for use at a
rotational speed of at least 8500/min and a peripheral speed of 80 m/s may be used.
The maximum grinding disc thickness is 1/4" and the maximum cutting disc thickness is 1/8".
WARNING! When cutting or slitting with cutting discs, always use the guard with cover plate.
