This jack is used to connect a line cord to your telephone.

10 programmable dialling keys. Once programmed, to operate lift the
handset or press the handsfree key and then press the relevant memory
key to dial the number stored.

Speaker volume control is used for adjusting the volume of the handsfree
speaker. Slide the control to suit.

Retrieve AUDIX voicemail facility. When programmed locally (see 15
below) with the retrieve voicemail code, this key is used to access your
AUDIX voice mailbox.

This key is used to program the 10 memory
voicemail
To program ensure the telephone is plugged into the line.
Either lift the handset or press the handsfree key.
Press the program key.
Key in the number to be stored.
Press the program key.
Press the memory location where you want to save the number i.e. one
of the 10 programmable dialling keys shown at
Replace the handset or press the handsfree key to clear the line.
The memories are non-volatile and will not be lost if the line is
disconnected.
The system manager may choose to pre-program and lock the
memories, if you are unable to reprogram memories check with your
system manager or installer.

This key will activate the two-way handsfree speech circuit. Lifting the
handset will revert to handset working. Pressing the key when in handset
mode will switch to handsfree, allowing you to replace the handset in the
cradle without disconnecting the call in progress.
