Avaya declares that this product Avaya Analog HF telephone 98393-AV is in
conformity with the following harmonised standards:

EMC EN 55022 : 1998 Class B & EN 55024 : 1998
Telecom EN 301 437:1999 & TBR38
Following the provisions of the Council Directive on radio and
telecommunications terminal equipment.

Intended use
The Avaya Analog telephone has only Touch-tone Dialling(DTMF). This telephone
also supports Timed-break recall, no special setting are needed to engage these
features.
The telephone has been designed to work behind the Avaya DEFINITY telephone
system.
Because the product is connected behind a PABX it must not be relied upon to contact
the emergency services during a power failure.
