Causes and Solutions
This error is displayed when the router connected to
the BL-WV10 during Quick Setup does not support
UPnP.
•
If your router supports UPnP, make sure the
router's UPnP feature is turned on.
•
If your router does not support UPnP, set
[Mobile Access] to [Manual] during Easy
Network Setup.
This error may also is displayed if the port number
used by a camera is already used by the BL-WV10 or
by your router.
•
Change the camera's port number.
This error may also is displayed if your router is
already using port numbers 51000 and higher.
•
Set your router so that port numbers 51000
and higher are available.
If the problem still persists, reset the camera and
register it again.
