does not detect motion.

Causes and Solutions
The built-in sensor does not detect motion while
privacy mode is turned on.
The built-in sensor is turned off while privacy
mode is turned on. Turn the feature off to
restore the built-in sensor.
Something is blocking the built-in sensor.
Even transparent materials like glass and
acrylic can greatly impact the built-in sensor's
sensitivity. Remove anything in the way of the
sensor.
The surface of the built-in sensor is dirty.
Clean the sensor.
The built-in sensor is attempting to detect people and
animals outside of its range.
The built-in sensor works by detecting
changes in temperature brought on by human
movements within its range (30 horizontal
degrees, 85 vertical degrees and 5 m in
distance). As a result, when the differences in
temperature are slight, the range is slowly
abbreviated. If there is no change in
temperature (despite movement) within the
range, the sensor may not detect anything as
a result. When changes in temperature are
drastic, the sensor range can be extended.
The built-in sensor detects heat variations
which occur from the sides with more
accuracy than variations which approach the
camera.
The detection range of the built-in sensor may
increase or decrease depending on the
temperature and environment where the
camera is installed.
If using a wireless camera with a built-in sensor, poor
wireless network conditions may be interfering with
the connection between the camera and the
BL-WV10.
Try relocating the camera if possible.
