Notes for operation adjustment:
1) In the normal working state:
The main lift oil filling valve 2 of the large scissor is in the OFF state, and the sub lift oil filling valve 3 is also in the OFF state. If the
hydraulic system has a lift failure or power failure, jack up the platforms, open the safety gear, and wedge the safety gear open during
the lowering process, then remove the nut of emergency lowering valve 9 of the main lift or emergency lowering valve 10 of the sub lift,
rotate the screw with a hex key anticlockwise to lower the main lift more than 60s, after lowering, tighten the screw and nut clockwise.
2) Procedures for cylinder oil filling and leveling:
When the sub platform of main lift is low, the slave cylinder 260 of the main lift should be filled with oil. Rotate the main lift oil-filling
valve 2 clockwise by 90° and press the Up button to conduct the oil-filling and leveling for the main lift; if excessive oil is added, press the
Down button to discharge the excessive oil from the slave cylinder 260 of the main lift to complete the oil-filling and leveling operation.
When the sub platform of sub lift is low, the oil filling and leveling should be conducted to the slave cylinder 262 of the sub lift. Rotate the
sub lift oil-filling valve 3 clockwise by 90° and press the Up button to conduct the oil-filling and leveling for the sub lift; if excessive oil is
added, press the Down button to discharge the excessive oil from the slave cylinder 262 of the sub lift for the oil-filling and leveling. After
adjustments, turn the handle of the high pressure shutoff valve to the normal working condition. At this time, the procedures of oil-filling
and leveling are finished.
3) Air bleeding procedures:
- Air bleeding procedures for the hydraulic cylinder of main lift:
Lift and lower the main platform of the main lift for several times until the master cylinder 259 of the main lift has no abnormality such
as creep and shivering, and then lift the main platform of the main lift to the topmost position. Lift and lower the sub platform of the
main lift: Open the oil-filling valve 2 of the main lift and turn off the toggle switch (above the opposite of the door, the same below), lift
and lower the sub platform of the main lift until the hydraulic cylinder of the main lift has no abnormality such as creeping and shivering,
lift the sub lift of the large scissor to the topmost position, close the oil-filling valve 2 of the main lift, and turn on the toggle switch to
lower the main lift. At this time, the air bleeding is finished. If the main and sub platforms of the large scissor are not at the same height,
conduct the oil filling and leveling according to the procedures in Step 2).
- Air bleeding procedures for the hydraulic cylinder of sub lift:
Lift and lower the main platform of the sub lift for several times until the master cylinder 261 of the sub lift has no abnormality such as
creeping and shivering, and then lift the main platform of the sub lift to the topmost position. Lift and lower the sub platform of the sub
lift: Open the oil-filling valve 3 of the sub lift and turn off the toggle switch, lift and lower the sub platform of the sub lift until the slave
cylinder 262 of the sub lift has no abnormality such as creeping and shivering, lift the sub platform of the sub lift to the topmost position,
close the oil-filling valve 3 of the sub lift, and turn on the toggle switch to lower the sub lift. At this time,lift the air bleeding is finished. If
the main and sub platforms of the sub lift are not at the same height, then conduct the oil filling and leveling according to the procedures
in Step 2).
