Troubleshooting must be conducted by trained and experienced technicians!
Fault symptom Cause
The power supply is abnormal
The AC contactor of the pump motor main
circuit does not pull in.
The motor does not

Troubleshooting method
Inspect and eliminate the fault, and connect the electric
wires.
The motor will run if the contactor is pressed with an
insulating rod forcibly. Inspect the control circuit, and
replace the contactor if the voltage at the contactor coil
terminal is normal.
If the failure disappears after short circuit connection
of the terminal SQ1 or SQ2 of the limit switch with wires,
inspect the limit switch and wire, and adjust or replace the
limit switch.
Inspect the button contracts and wires and eliminate the
fault.
Exchange the phase sequence of the incoming power lines.
Increase the safe pressure setting of the relief valve by
rightward rotating the valve slightly.
If there is dirt in the valve core of the lowering solenoid
valve, clean the valve core.
Refill or change the hydraulic oil.
Tighten the oil drain plug of the main lift or sub lift.
Replace the solenoid valve connector of the main lift or the
sub lift.
Extend the delay time of the time relay slightly.
The air pressure is insufficient, the safety jaw gets stuck
or the air pipe is broken. Adjust the pressure of the air
compressor, inspect the air pipe and eliminate the fault.
If the pneumatic circuit is blocked for the energized
solenoid air valve does not work, inspect or replace the
solenoid air valve.
Inspect the connector and coil of the lowering solenoid
valve and inspect weather the copper nut on the end of
solenoid is rightward tightened.
Remove the "explosion-proof valve" from the oil inlet
port at the bottom of main lift or sub lift hydraulic cylinders,
and clean the holes.
