- Position the throttle slide cover with the throttle slide in the carburetor
and tighten the screw (1) (3 Nm).
- Turn the carburetor to the correct position (Figure A)
- Tighten the screws (2).
- Turn the air control screw (3) all the way clockwise and turn back out 1
1/2 rotations counterclockwise.
- Adjust the play in the throttle cable (Figures B and C).
Play in throttle cable
- Replace the original rear sprocket and chain with the chain and rear spro-
cket contained in the delivery (Figure D).
NOTE:
The original engine sprocket stays in place.

Final steps

- Mount the chain guard (4)
- Mount the tank.
- Mount the seat (see the owner's manual).
