Replacing the Ribbon

Use only the following authorized ribbons.
Table 1. Printer Ribbons
Standard Ribbon Kit (60 yards)
Standard Ribbon Kit (100 yards)
OCR Ribbon Kit (60 yards)
OCR Ribbon Kit (100 yards)

Press ON LINE to place the printer in offline mode. Open the
printer cover.
2.
Remove the old ribbon:
a. Raise the forms thickness lever as far as it will go.
b. Press the hub latches inward and lift the ribbon spools off
the hubs. Lift the ribbon out of the ribbon path. Refer to the
ribbon path diagram on the shuttle cover.
c. Discard the old ribbon.
