CARE & MAINTENANCE
Cuff Care and Maintenance
•
The cuff should not be submerged or washed in a washing machine, but may be
spot cleaned with a mild-detergent as needed.
•
Never attempt to iron or dry the cuff; if the cuff becomes wet, allow the cuff to
air dry completely before use or storage.
•
To disinfect the cuff, wipe the inside (skin contact side) of the cuff using a cloth
lightly moistened with 70% - 90% ethyl rubbing alcohol and allow to air dry; it
is suggested to disinfect the cuff frequently when used in clinical sittings or if the
cuff is contaminated in any way.
