Cause

overloaded.
Contamination or
deposits between the
jaw levers or in the
pressing contour.
Mains voltage is too
low.
Pressing tool is
defective.
Network failure
Action
▶ Repeat the pressing operation.
▶ Repeat the pressing operation.
▶ Only process permissible pressing
systems. → See "Intended use",
page 19.
▶ Repeat the pressing operation: press
the start button for at least 2 seconds.
▶ If this fault occurs several times in
succession, allow the pressing tool to
cool down completely.
▶ Clean the pressing jaw.
▶ Repeat the pressing operation.
▶ Check the mains voltage.
▶ Fully unreel the cable drum of the
extension cable.
▶ Reduce extension.
▶ Repeat the pressing operation.
▶ Check the pressfitting for tightness
and repeat the pressing operation if
necessary.
▶ Have the pressing tool inspected by
an authorised repair shop.
▶ Press the stop button: roller drive
moves to its starting position.
▶ Check the pressfitting for tightness
and repeat the pressing operation if
necessary.
