2. Battery incorrectly installed
Check the installation of the battery.
Failure to charge the battery
1. Battery or charger damaged
Check the battery and charger.
2. Battery recharged in temperatures below
50°F/10°C or above 131°F/55°C
Improve the charging environment.
2. Charger incorrectly connected to phone or
power socket
Check the charger connections.
