OPERATING INSTRUCTION
KEY 17 - Decrease Incline Button (NOT AVAILABLE ON SOME MODELS)
Decreases the inclined according to the user's needs during the activity. During Program
selection, select a program on the PROGRAMS screen or floor type on the SHOCK ABSORBER
CONTROL screen.
START BUTTON (START / ENTER)
Press START (START / ENTER) (BUTTON 9) to activate the QUICK START
program. The display will count down 3 seconds with 3 short beeps
and then start at speed 0.5 km/h. Press the +/- keys (BUTTONS 11 and
12) to change the speed and press the
raise the treadmill. The calorie (BUTTON 3), distance (BUTTON 5) and
time (FIELD 6) information will count from zero. During the program
data settings, confirm the data or start the program.
STOP BUTTON (PAUSE / STOP)
STOP (PAUSE / STOP). During exercise, press STOP (PAUSE/STOP) (KEY
10) once to pause the treadmill. Press STOP (PAUSE / STOP) (BUTTON
10) again to delete all data and return to the home screen.
PROGRAM SELECTION - BUTTON 18 (Table for quick consultation of each
program)
The treadmill has 11 programs, controlled through the Electronic Module,
as follows:
P1 – Time;
P2 – Distance;
P3 – Calories;
P4 – Interval;
P5 – 30-minute walk;
P6 – Fat Burning - Heart rate 60 - 75% (Moderate burning);
P7 – Cardio - Heart Rate 75 - 85% (Vigorous burn);
P8 – Target - User Defined Heart Rate;
P9 – Speed 1x1 (Progressive Speed);
P10 – Mountain 1x1 (Progressive Incline);
P11 – User Profile (Custom).
Press PROGRAM (BUTTON 8) to access the treadmill programs. Use the INCLINE buttons (
▼) (BUTTONS 16 and 17) for inclined module models or use the SPEED buttons (+/-)
(BUTTONS 11 and 12) to select the desired program, then press START (BUTTON 9) to access
the selected program.
Before starting the selected program, follow the procedure to operate the different programs
as follows:
PROGRAM 1 - TIME
In this program the user can choose an activity time between 03:00 minutes and 60:00
minutes that will be defined using the SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12). The count
on the Digital Time Display will be descending (FIELD 6). Press the START button (BUTTON 9)
to confirm the program and start training. The speed can be changed at any time by pressing
SPEED (+/-) (BUTTON 11 and 12) or the speed shortcuts (BUTTON 13).
