OPERATING INSTRUCTION
PROGRAM 3 - CALORIES
Select program P3 by pressing the P3 icon. In this program the user can choose the calories
between 10kcal and 9000 kcal which will be set using the slider or + / - button. Press the OK
button to confirm the adjusted value.
Press the START key to begin the activity. The count on the Digital Calorie Display will be
decreasing. Speed and or incline can be changed at any time by pressing (+/- BUTTON 15 and 17)
speed, ( / BUTTON 11 and 13), shortcuts for speed and incline. Press the Pause button to pause

the activity, Restart to resume, and End to terminate the program.
