SBM – Sensor Board Encoder / Multiturn (only for MASTERDRIVES Motion Control)
The optional board is provided with the following connections for the
signal cables:
♦ X424
Encoder connection (encoder or multiturn encoder) via a
25-pole Sub-D connector
♦ X420
Pulse encoder simulation via a 6-pole terminal strip
Connect the shielded signal cables at the appropriate connection and
place the shield on the shield plate.
The following signal cables are provided for connecting an encoder to
the SBM optional board:
