Function and application
The HSP−AE has been designed for use in automated
component assembly in handling and fitting systems. The
z−stroke and the y−stroke can be set independently of each
other.

The motor unit consists of DC motor, planetary gear,
encoder and integrated control electronics.
With the HSP−AE−IO, the higher−order PLC/IPC is connected
via digital inputs/outputs.
Commissioning and the parametrization of the position
and speed of the positioning sets is carried out:
with the control panel of the motor unit (display and
four operating buttons)
or optionally with the FCT configuration software and
the HSP−AE PlugIn via the RS232 interface.
