4. OPERATION

Turning on the high-temperature grill and setting temperature
To turn the unit on, press the power switch on the rear panel. The knob allows you to increase or
decrease the temperature of the heating element. The maximum temperature is 850 ℃. Press the
knob to confirm the set temperature.
Adjusting cooking time
• After confirming the grill temperature, set the desired cooking time. The maximum
temperature, 850 ℃, is potentially dangerous.
• The maximum operating time per grilling is 100 minutes, you can select the desired cooking
time between 10 and 100 minutes. Press the knob to confirm and start the grill process. After
reaching the preset temperature, the countdown will start from the selected cooking time to
0:00.
