Carrying out the zero calibration

Prerequisites:
– The test gas supply has been prepared.
– A connection between the gas detector and PolySoft has been established.
Carrying out the zero calibration:
1. Start zero calibration in PolySoft.

 ISA100 Wireless
interface transmits the measured value status "Bad",
(substatus "Maintenance mode active") and the special status
"Calibration".
2. Follow the instructions of the wizard In PolySoft.
Flow with test gas supply: 0.5 L/min ± 10 %
3. After completion of the zero point calibration, switch off the gas flow and
remove the calibration adapter.

Prerequisites:
– Zero point calibration has been carried out.
– The test gas supply has been prepared.
– A connection between the gas detector and PolySoft has been established.
Carrying out the span calibration:
1. Start and confirm span calibration with PolySoft.

interface transmits the measured value status "Bad",
(substatus "Maintenance mode active") and the special status
"Calibration".
2. Follow the instructions of the wizard In PolySoft.
Flow with test gas supply: 0.5 L/min ± 10 %
