Burner adjustment on tunnel oven

To obtain the optimum adjustment of the burner, it is necessary
to view the flame via the opening on the conduit. Good combus-
tion quality is associated with a light blue flame, firmly attached to
the fabric.
Check and adjust, in this order:
 MAX output;
 MIN output;
 ignition output.
The MAX output must correspond to that required by the system.
To increase or decrease its value, adjust the MAX trimmer locat-
ed on the control box (Fig. 13). Measure the gas delivery on the
counter to precisely establish the burnt output.
Check the flame quality:
to make it more blue, reduce the quantity of gas by turning
screw V1 clockwise (tighten);
to make it more firmly attached, increase the quantity of gas
by turning screw V1 anticlockwise (loosen).
The MIN output must correspond to that required by the system.
To increase or decrease its value, adjust the MIN trimmer located
on the control box (Fig. 13).
Measure the gas delivery on the counter to precisely establish the
burnt output.
Check the flame quality:
to make it more blue, reduce the quantity of gas by turning
screw V2 anticlockwise (loosen);
to make it more firmly attached, increase the quantity of gas
by turning screw V2 clockwise (tighten).
Avoid the formation of radiant areas.
WARNING
The colour of the flame must always be light blue, with a slightly
red tinge.
The ignition output can be varied by means of the START trim-
mer located on the control box (Fig. 13). Adjust the output so as
to ensure a good ignition.
