Notice
Bake ice cream wafers on a fl at baking sheet placed in the middle of the oven.
The baked ice cream wafers must be shaped into cones or cups immediately after removing
them from the oven, while still hot and soft!
Shaping cones
Lift the side of the baked wafer immediately after removing it from the oven. Push the slant
side of the maker underneath the wafer and move the wafer to the spindle area
. Insert
the spindle into the maker and shape an ice cream cone by rotating counter-clockwise.
Remove the cone from the spindle when done, set aside into the holder and leave to cool
down
.
Useful hint: You can use the holder also to set aside cones fi lled with ice cream.
Shaping cups
Remove the baked wafer from the silicone pan immediately after removing the pan from
the oven, place it onto the centre of the cup maker, lightly press the tamper against the
centre and shape into an ice cream cup. Turn out the cup from the maker when done and
leave to cool down
.
Storing ice cream cones and cups
We recommend storing ice cream cones and cups in a dry place during their shelf life,
keeping them in boxes of paper, plastic or some other suitable material with the lid on.
Maintenance
Set for ice cream cones and cups DELLA CASA is dishwasher safe. Wash the spindle
disassembled and dry thoroughly before assembling it. If necessary, disassemble the
holder, clean it with a moistened dishcloth and dry. Do not wash the holder in dishwasher.
