85 g icing sugar, 40 g plain wheat fl our, 2 egg whites from large eggs,
30 g melted butter, ½ tsp. vanilla extract, pinch of salt
Batter instructions: Blend egg whites with sugar and vanilla extract (do not whip!),
add fl our and melted butter and process into a smooth batter; leave the batter to rest for
approx. 30 minutes.
