CLEANING ThE BOILER
The boiler must be cleaned at least once a month or after having been used ten times.
The boiler must only be cleaned when it is completely cold.
- disconnect the plug (8)
- place the boiler over a sink
- pour out all the remaining water in the boiler
- fill the boiler again with 500 ml of clean water
- shake the base in order to enhance the removal of any limescale
- pour out the boiler again by turning it on the sink and pour out all the remaining water and
the limescale.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you do not expect to use the appliance for several weeks, empty the boiler completely:
• wait until the appliance is completely cold;
• unscrew the safety cap (1);
• turn the boiler upside down over a sink;
• pour out all the water in the boiler.
Do not clean the boiler with detergents, anti-scale products, vinegar or other
substances. All cleaning operations must be done when the boiler is cold, at
least 4 hours after the switching off of the boiler.

again; this operation must be carried out in order to avoid the
overheating of the boiler

Possible causes
The appliance is not
switched on.
Normal procedure.
This is completely
normal and due to
expansion of plastic
parts.
Solution
Make sure that the appliance is
properly connected to the power
cord and that the iron/boiler on/off
switch (7) has been pressed.
The turning on and off of the light
indicates the iron is in the heating
phase. As soon as it reaches the set
temperature, the light switches off.
After a while, it will stop.
