Workplace
Disorder at the workplace increases the danger of
accidents!
Secure the working area against unauthorised
and unprotected persons, especially children!
Do not work in the rain.
Provide for adequate lighting.
Material
Perform attachments only on suitable material.
Before starting to work, check walls for the following
lines:
Electrical
Water
Gas
Usage
Check the tool before each use for safe condition.
A damaged tool should not be used. Danger to
life!
When not in use, secure the tool against falling
and access by unauthorised persons, especially
children.
Personal Requirements
The user must:
Be aware of the accident prevention and safety
regulations that apply at the working location.
Be familiar with the handling and usage of the
tool.
Be able to recognise possible dangerous situa-
tions that occur.
Have completed his 18th year.
Accident Prevention Regulations
The accident prevention regulations must be ob-
served under all circumstances.
Never point the tool at yourself or at other per-
sons. Danger to life!
Do not use the tool in areas where danger of ex-
plosion or fire exists.
Operate the tool only with both hands.
Do not carry cartridge strips loose in the clothing.
Inform bystanders in the immediate vicinity of the
detonation noise. Danger of being startled!

Control Obligations
Without being notified, the tool must be submitted
to the Würth Co. for rechecking every two years
or immediately when significant malfunctions oc-
cur. This check is prescribed by law.
Repair
Do not attempt to repair malfunctions of the tool
yourself.
Have repairs performed only by the Würth Co.
Replacement Parts
Install only Würth original parts according to these
operating instructions.
Use as intended
Use the tool only for the purpose intended as de-
scribed in these operating instructions and with ob-
servation of the safety regulations.
Observe the safety and accident prevention regula-
tions applicable at the place of work as prescribed
by law.
When the regulations are not observed, danger to
life and limb threatens.
