3. Loosely wind the pads cable and place it inside the case (A). Fold down the
tab at the top of each pad (B), and close the case (C), allowing the
connector plug end and a few inches of cable to hang outside the case (D).
NOTE: To avoid confusion when using the defibrillator in an emergency, be
sure to store training pads case separately from the defibrillator.
MAXIMIZING SERVICE LIFE
The HeartStart Training Pads II are designed for up to 100 uses. To help ensure
continued performance, be sure to return the pads to their case after each use.
Avoid leaving the pads case in heat or direct sunlight.
When the original training pads have reached the end of their service life, you
can order 989803139291 Replacement HeartStart Training Pads for use with
your original training pads case.
