Connect a switch in NO
Once powered, the machine will operate normally
as long as you do not act on the switch making
it close.
In this case the machine will go into the OFF
standby mode.

bst
If the "
" configuration is selected, there is a hyper-
ventilation mode available to control the machine.
It is enabled by a spring-loaded switch located in the
room requiring hyperventilation, usually a bathroom
or a kitchen.
The power board of the centralised unit receives the
pulse from the outside and enables the "Booster Mode".
The use of a spring-loaded switch allows the "Booster"
mode to be activated with a pulse and to be disabled
before the standard duration has elapsed by receiving
a second pulse.
The "Booster Mode" determines the timed increase of
the flow rate compared to that set in calibration.
The percentage of the duration and of the speed
increase of the ventilation unit can be configured by
the installer upon specific user request (see Par Menu).
The standard duration is 3 hours (default) and the
standard percentage is 30% beyond the nominal
speed.

If the unit is interfaced with a negative pressure ambient
pressure switch and works in the specific configura-
tion recommended in presence of a natural draught
chimney, the unit is automatically turned off when the
ignition of the fireplace causes negative pressure in
the room.
This occurs to prevent the ambient pressure induced by
the action of the dual flow ventilation unit from counter-
acting the natural draught of the fireplace and releasing
smoke into the room.

- presence of atmospheric boiler -
If the unit is interfaced with a remote switch and
works in the BOIL configuration as recommended
in the presence of an atmospheric boiler, the unit
is forced into a strong imbalance supply mode in
order to facilitate ignition of the boiler.
The mode remains active as long as the switch
stays in the activation position.

- Remote Alarm status signal
"
"
If the configuration of the dry output contact FC-
FC is set in "ALrm" mode, it is possible to connect
a remote visual indicator to the dry contact: any
alarm status of the machine will be highlighted
by activating the visual indicator to signal the
presence of a general error.
Use the local control commands of the machines
to obtain accurate diagnostics.
As an alternative to the visual indicator it is possi-
ble to connect an acoustic alarm indicator.

- Enabling Signal
"
"
If the configuration of the dry output contact FC-
FC is set in "Cons" mode, the power board makes a
230V continuous output signal available, which can
be received by any device designed to do so and
that you want to be on/off or to activate a specific
function synchronised with the ventilation unit.
