• Ensure that water does not enter the inside of the device.
• Ensure that ventilation openings in the motor housing are
unobstructed.
• Perform the maintenance works on the chainsaw that are described
in this instruction manual only. Any other maintenance may only be
performed by authorised service.
• Do not make any changes to the design of the chainsaw.
• When not in use, the chainsaw should be stored clean, on a flat
surface in a dry place and out of the reach of children.
All kinds of faults should be rectified by the manufacturer's authorised
service provider.

WARNUNG!

vor dem Beginn der Arbeit mit der Kettensäge zu lesen. Es wird
erbeten, diese Anleitung für den Gebrauch zum späteren Zeitpunkt

Sicherheitshinweise für die Kettensäge:
• Während des Betriebs der Kettensäge dürfen keine Körperteile
in die Nähe der Sägekette kommen. Vor dem Start der Kettensäge
ist es sicherzustellen, dass keine Gegenstände durch die Kette
berührt werden. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit während des
Betriebs der Kettensäge kann dazu führen, dass sich die Kette an der
Kleidung oder Körperteilen verfängt.
• Die Kettensäge ist stets so zu halten, dass die rechte Hand am
hinteren Handgriff und die linke Hand am vorderen Handgriff
greift. Das Halten der Kettensäge mit einer umgekehrten Anordnung
der Hände birgt Verletzungsgefahr und ist unzulässig.
• Schutzbrille und Gehörschutz tragen. Es wird empfohlen,
zusätzliche Schutzausrüstung für Kopf, Hände, Beine und Füße zu
verwenden. Geeignete Schutzbekleidung verringert das
Verletzungsrisiko durch fliegende Bruchstücke oder versehentliche
Berührung der Sägekette.
• Die Kettensäge darf an einem stehenden Baum oberhalb des
Erdbodens nicht verwendet werden. Die Verwendung der
Kettensäge durch einen Bediener, der sich auf einem Baum befindet,
kann zu Verletzungen führen.
• Der Bediener muss immer fest auf dem Boden stehen und darf
die Kettensäge nur dann benutzen, wenn er auf einer
