General agreement regarding the use of personal data in connection with the product
registration
For the registration the e-mail address and postal address is required.
If you use single MTD Online Services, which are provided together with the registration, it
might be necessary to provide further customer data. The personal customer data will be
collected, utilised and processed by MTD Products AG based on our "Special regulations of
MTD products AG regarding privacy and data sharing".
Testing
In case the RoboConnect is replaced or suspected of not fuctioning properly for any reason, it
is recommended to test it:
1.
Press the 'Test' button on the "GSM Module Settings" screen of the WOLF-Garten
Loopo App (Main Menu > Lawn & Mower Options > Mower > Mobile Comm. System).
You should receive a "GSM Test Passed!" message within a couple of minutes.
2.
If the testing process fails, please try again or contact your nearest WOLF-Garten
service provider.
GSM Data Plan
•
The RoboConnect comes with a built-in data plan for 36 months.
•
Approximately one month prior to the expiration of the current GSM data plan, you
will be offered the option to purchase an extension data package for an additional 12
or 24 months.
•
Purchasing information will be sent to the email address entered in the WOLF-Garten
Loopo App.
(*) Alerts will be sent as push-notifications. You must allow push-notifications on your
mobile device in order to be able to receive the alerts.
