Operating instructions ACO 201
Charge the accumulator and insert it
The accumulator does not achieve its full capacity until it
has been recharged four or five times. Refer to the battery
charger operating instructions for information about how
the battery charger functions.
Remove the accumulator from the pressing device before
transporting and storing it, otherwise the accumulator will
run flat.

Charge the accumulator before using the tool
2 Insert the accumulator into the pressing tool from the rear
Result
Pressing tool is in standby mode. LED is not lit.
Pressing with pressing jaws
Prerequisites
• Pipe ends are deburred and clean.
• Pipe and press fitting have been fitted together in
accordance with the mounting instructions for the
system in question.
• Green LED lights up: The pressing tool is ready for
operation
WARNING
The pressing tool closes automatically
Danger of crushing
` Do not hold any parts of your body or other objects in
between the pressing jaws
` Do not hold the pressing tool in the area of the pressing
jaws
Refer to the operating instructions of the relevant system
for information about pressing with pressing collars and
adapters or with MapressMAM jaw adapters.
