Ensure the diameter of the press fitting matches the

diameter of the pressing jaw
Place the pressing jaw onto the press fitting, see the

operating instructions for the pressing jaws/pressing
collars
Press the start button and hold it for about two seconds

until the automatic pressing function activates

Wait until the roller drive moves back automatically
5 Release the pressing jaw from the press fitting
Cause Actions
Standby mode Press the start button for about two seconds
Accumulator is faulty Have the accumulator checked and renew it if
necessary
Locking pin is not Press the locking pin in as far as the stop
pushed in correctly
Cause Actions
Accumulator not • Charge the accumulator or renew it
charged up sufficiently • Repeat the pressing operation
Locking pin has come • Check the locking pin for damage
loose • Press the locking pin in as far as the stop:

• Check the pressfitting for leaks and repeat the
