The hood has an indicator to show when the recirculation filters need replacing. The indicator will light after 120 hours of use. The filter alarm
must be reset manually. This is done by holding one finger down on the indicator for approximately 5 seconds until the light is turned off on
the indicator.
A time-based filter indicator is intended only as a guide for when the filters in a hood need cleaning, as how often depends greatly on the use
of the hood. Thermex recommends that the recirculation filters be replaced at least 2-4 times per year.
