EXTRACTION
Once the hood has been switched on, the motor can be started by activating the on/off motor icon. The hood always starts at level 1.
The extraction level can be increased either via the slider panel or by activating the "turn the motor up" icon. Likewise, the extraction level can
be reduced using the slider panel or by activating the "turn the motor down" icon.
The motor is turned off by activating the on/off motor when the extraction is turned on, or by switching off the hood.

BOOST FUNCTION

The highest speed on the motor is a boost function. When this is activated, the upper part of the slider panel will light red. When the boost
function is activated, the motor will run at the highest speed for 5 minutes, after which it will drop in extraction strength.
AFTER-RUNNING
After-running means that the motor will stop automatically a given number of minutes after this function has been activated. After-running
runs at the selected speed for 5 or 10 minutes.
If the after-running icon is activated once, the icon will start to flash rapidly. After-running is now activated to switch off the motor after 5
minutes.
If the icon is activated twice, then the icon will flash slowly. After-running is now activated to switch off the motor after 10 minutes.
NOTE: The hood does not switch off, and will remain on, until it is turned off manually.
RECIRCULATION
The hood can be used for recirculation. This is used in kitchens and locations where there is no possibility of venting into the open-air. The air
is sucked first through the grease filters and then through a filter with activated carbon which removes odours.
NOTE: A recirculation filter must be used, which is not included in the purchase of the hood, but must be bought as accessories. The product
number of the recirculation filter is 535.43.9500.9.
The recirculation filters are installed on the motor as follows:

Remove the top of the flange on the motor.

Push the recirculation filter down into the
flange.
