2/2 directional valve

2/2 directional valve
The Air-blast and injection unit is actuated by the pilot-controlled 2/2
directional valve (1). This is done by a digital output signal of the robot control.

Signal generator
Fig. 3
Injection oiler/signal generator/adjusting sleeve
The injection oiler (2) comprises a pneumatically actuated dosing pump; it
keeps ready an adjustable oil quantity when there is no pressure.
As soon as the air flows through the signal generator (1), the anti-spatter agent
stored in the injection oiler (2) is added to the flow and sprayed.
The flow rate for each stroke is manually adjusted with the adjusting sleeve (3).
For fine adjustment, each turn of the adjusting sleeve is subdivided into 4 lock
positions. Turn to the left to reduce the flow rate. Dosing and air-blast time have
to be determined by actuating several times. A flow rate of 30 mm³/stroke is
adjusted for the Air-blast and injection unit ex works.
