6. Adjusting the Cutting Angle
a. Remove the battery pack from the saw.
b. Loosen the bevel-locking knob (O), located on
the 0°-50° bevel scale (Q).
c. Tilt the body of the saw until the indicator mark
on the saw aligns with the required angle on
the bevel-angle scale.
d. Tighten the bevel-locking knob to secure the
saw.
Quick adjusting to bevel 22.5° and 45°
The circular saw is equipped with a bevel-limitation
knob (P) to quickly set the cutting angle at 22.5°
and 45°.
To adjust to 22.5° bevel:
a. Depress the bevel-limitation knob and rotate it to the 22.5° indicator mark on the tool.
b. Loosen the bevel-locking knob, tilt the body of the saw until the saw cannot move, and
tighten the bevel-locking knob to secure the saw. The cutting angle is now set at 22.5°.
To adjust to 45° bevel:
a. Depress the bevel-limitation knob and rotate it to the 45° indicator mark on the tool.
b. Loosen the bevel-locking knob, tilt the body of the saw until the saw cannot move, and
tighten the bevel-locking knob to secure the saw. The cutting angle is now set at 45°.
7. LED Work Light
The circular saw is equipped with a LED work light
(L) which will illuminate when the trigger switch is
depressed. This provides additional light on the
surface of the workpiece for operation in lower-
light areas.
The LED work light will turn off after the trigger
switch is released.
