NOTE: Scale is delivered pre-calibrated.
Calibration can only be done in metric
system weight.
there is no need to calibrate the scale unless you feel
it has become inaccurate. you must use precision test
weights to calibrate the scale. the test weight cannot
exceed the scale capacity.

lInEAr cAlIBrAtIOn

1. turn scale off and turn it back on.
2. momentarily press the lImIt and % keys together
during the initial countdown from 9 to 0 on the
display.
3. display shows 'unlOAd'. remove all weight from the
platform, then press ZErO/EntEr to set zero point.
4. display shows the first calibration weight request.
Place weight on platform.
5. Press ZErO/EntEr when stable.
6. Press ZErO/EntEr when all weight calibration is
completed. scale counts back to zero after the last
weight is selected.
NOTE: Use appropriate weights for each model
# (see below). Incorrect calibration will lead to
loss of accuracy.

TROUBLESHOOTING
cAusEs
main power is turned off.
Power supply not plugged in.
Power supply faulty.
Internal battery not charged.
display turned off.
CALIBRATION
nOrmAl cAlIBrAtIOn
1. turn scale off and turn it back on.
2. momentarily press the tArE and % keys together
during the initial countdown from 9 to 0 on the
display.
3. this display will show 'unlOAd'. remove all weight
from platform and press the ZErO key to set the
initial calibration point.
4. use the %, lImIt, and tArE keys to key in the desired
calibration weight.
5. Press the ZErO key; scale will display 'lOAd'. Place
the desired weight on the platform and wait for the
stable indicator to appear.
6. Press the ZErO key and remove weight from platform.
the scale will restart and is ready for normal
operation.
cHEcK IntErnAl cOunts
to display the A/d count:
1. turn scale off and turn it back on.
2. While the display counts down from 9 to 0, press
ZErO and % keys together.
3. Press tArE/^ to return to normal operation.

scale. verify that switch is turned on.
verify the voltage going to the scale
matches the power supply labels on
the power module or scale.
remove battery and plug the scale
in. If the scale works, you will need to
replace the battery.
