2. Operation

2.1 Preparation for operation

• Make your puzzi cleaner ready for use.
• Connect the spray extraction hose to the cleaner (Figs. A and B).
• Connect the spray extraction hose to the PW 10 (Fig. C). Making sure
that the hose couplers of the delivery hose engage properly.
Use of the attachment power socket
1. Slide back the socket cover with the aid of the PW10 power plug.
2. Plug the PW10 power plug into the attachment power socket of the
puzzi.
3. Put the PW10 into operation in accordance with the operating
instructions.

2.2 Putting into operation

• Put the puzzi into operation.
• Start the PW 10 by means of the brush-drive switch (Fig. D /3).
Note: If the brush is blocked to prevent it rotating, the drive motor will
stop automatically. For remedy, see under 4. Brush replacement.

2.3 Carpet cleaning

• Pull the valve trigger (Fig. E).
This will cause detergent solution to be sprayed onto the carpet.
The dirtied water will be sucked up again immediately.
• The PW 10 should be drawn backwards over the carpet in slightly
overlapping passes.
• The work should be started from such a point that it will not be
necessary to walk over any areas that have been cleaned.
• When moving the PW 10 forwards, the valve trigger should be
released.
