MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The SPRAY GEL-TWIN machine is a new generation of gel processing machine.
It has been studied and designed by a team of technicians, drawing on evolved technology, and
is fitted with suitable components to ensure safer, faster and more efficient working.
The salient features of the SPRAYGEL-TWIN are:
- stainless steel construction, making it resistant to aggressive and corrosive substances;
- a hermetically sealed boiler/tank that prevents the liquids from escaping during use.
This new machine already contains some liquid: we strongly recommend that you do not add any
more substances or tamper with the tank, safety valves, sensors and level gauges.

- two delivery guns letting you spray the product hot (gel) or cold (liquorish syrup).
Depending on the use to be made of the machine, there are two versions:
- SPRAYGEL-TWIN / C for hot/hot delivery, fitted
with two red suction tubes: the gel is delivered using
one or both of the guns at the same time. (see fig. 1)
- SPRAYGEL-TWIN / F for hot/cold delivery, fitted
with one red suction tube and one blue suction tube
The gel product is sprayed from the gun connected to
the red suction tube; the cold product (wet or liquids) is
sprayed from the gun connected to the blue suction tube
(see fig.2);
The seat for the hot spray gun is heated.
This prevents the gel from crystallising in the nozzle
and thus blocking these during a pause in the use of the
machine.
There are two inspection doors at the back of the machine.
The top door (locked) is for inspecting the machine's elec-
trical wiring and pneumatic circuit.
Always contact Customer Service before attempting to
carry out any work in this compartment.
The bottom door is for inspecting the compartment
where, on a sliding plane (see fig.3), there are the contai-
ners with the product you want to spray; the key needed
to unlock the top door is also kept here.
SPRAY GEL-TWIN can spray all types of gel.
Spray pressure range: 2.5-3.0 to 5.5 bar.
Spray capacity: max 450 cc/minute.
Working temperature: max 95°C.
