PREPARING THE MACHINE

A) Place the containers with the product you want to spray in the bottom compartment.
B) Spray Gel / C version: insert the heated red tubes in the gel containers.
Spray Gel / F version: insert the heated red tube in the gel container and the blue tube in the
liquorish syrup container. The product is sucked up through these tubes and taken directly to the
spray circuit without coming into contact with the air, thus guaranteeing max hygiene.
C) Close the bottom door.

SWITCHING THE MACHINE ON

Make sure that the mains voltage matches that indicated on the machine's rating plate;
- Plug the machine in;
- Press the back-lit flip switch (main ON/OFF switch), (see fig. 4) so it goes to: "ON" (the button
lights up red);
SPRAY GEL-TWIN / C hot/hot delivery with the use of one or both
of the spray guns.
1) Use the "TEMPERATURE CONTROL" (see fig.4) to set or vary the
working temperature you want (N.B. gel producers recommend
using temperatures of 85 °C to 90 °C);
- press the "set" button twice;
- press the double UP arrow to increase the temperature;
- press the double DOWN arrow to lower the temperature;
- press the "fnc" button to confirm the new setting.
The boiler takes about 11 minutes to heat up. The green "READY
TO USE" light (see fig.4) comes on once the set temperature has
been reached
Caution: the electronic temperature control has been set to allow
for a max working temperature of 95°C +/- 5°C during final
testing. Any other use of the machine may cause faults and/or
malfunctions.
2) Heating. During this stage, you need to set the compressed air pressure. Set the temperature in
one or both sections of the control panel (right for the right-hand gun and left for the left-hand gun).
3) Use the "AIR CONTROL" dial to set the compressed air pressure (see fig.4): release the knob by
pulling it out and then adjust the pressure as required by turning it clockwise to increase the
pressure or anti-clockwise to reduce the pressure. The new pressure is shown on the pressure
gauge display.
To confirm the new setting, press the knob back in.
The "AIR PRESSURE" gauge (see fig. 4) shows the set pressure value.
Caution: the compressed air compressor is calibrated for max output pressure of 5.5 bar
(5.5 kg/cm2 / 0.55 MPa).
We recommend that you do not drop below 2.5-3.0 bar (2.5-3.0 kg/cm2 / 0.25-0.30 MPa) for
