- No liquid and/or fault
Caution: If the red "WATER LEVEL" light comes on, it means there isn't enough liquid and/or there's a
fault in the steam/level detection system. Switch the Spray Gel Twin off immediately by turning the main
switch to "OFF" and then unplug the machine
With the machine switched off:
- open the bottom door and remove the suction tubes from the containers;
- remove the product containers and lift the hinged tank cover;
- wait for the tank to cool (30 - 60 minutes);
- make sure the tank is cool and then carefully undo the red cap on the boiler tank.
Caution: a certain amount of residual steam could escape;
- add some more distilled water, without overfilling the tank (max limit: about 1.5 cm from the tank);
- close the tank again;
- close the inspection door:
- plug the machine back in and follow steps B, C and 1-2-3 above. If the red "WATER LEVEL" light (see
fig.4) persists, contact Pavoni Customer Service immediately: tel.(+39) 035 4934 111.
The problem in this case is due to a fault in the control system and/or liquid container.
